RECENT CASE STUDY (Faversham)
A Faversham based truck operator had one of their drivers stopped by Vosa during a roadside check. The driver was cautioned for 3 tachograph break infringements. The operator was also cautioned and summoned to court, because Vosa were not happy that he was monitoring his drivers.

The driver received a fine totalling £440 and the company was fined £1500 plus costs totalling £2300.
